Got this to keep my valuables safe. I like the biometric safety feature - the box can store up to 50 different fingerprints. If you don't want to use your fingerprint, there is a 10-digit keypad where you can make up your own code. Additionally, there are also 2 keys.
The alarm is a nice touch. It is activated by multiple failed attempts to access the box or if it's violently shaken/vibrated. The hinges are tucked inside the box, enhancing its security. It is similar in size to the safes you see in hotels. Convenient item to have.
The best purchase I made on the website. It's roomier than it looks..comes with a bag to hold money, etc.. I wish I would of bought one sooner because I had some money stolen recently, which prompted me to buy this. What an accurate video of this safe. Don't be afraid to purchase it, and it looks small but holds so much..HEAVY BUILT VERY WELL. I WAS EXCEPTIONALLY SURPRISED WITH THIS SAFE
This safe is well-made and was easy to set up. The instructions that came with it were very easy to understand. The fingerprint function works flawlessly, as well as the pushbutton code. And if those fail, it comes with two backup keys. It does require AA batteries, and the LCD will let you know when the batteries are running low, so you can change them before they die and lock you out. It comes with wall mounting hardware and a Faraday bag. Great little safe!
The metal walls are not particularly thick, but it is enough to slow someone down from stealing your valuables. Be sure to bolt it to a wall or the floor, or they'll take the entire thing. I only use the keys since I will rarely open it.
It's not as heavy as I thought it would be, but it does come with bolts to bolt it down if you choose. The safe itself isn't fireproof, but it comes with a fireproof bag inside. It's easy to program and can hold multiple fingerprints so that more than one person can have access. It can also be opened with a key or access code. The inside shelf is removable. The inside light seems to have about a 1 to 2 second delay, but that's not really an issue for me.
