SF0301 Pistol Safe, Portable Box Fingerprint App Access

The finger print works great, the four digit unlock works great, and the key works just fine. I just ordered the bed side model.

Instructions worked for programming and does the job as expected.

It has RFID card, passcode, and key to unlock, no fingerprint access. It can hold one hand gun. I just followed the directions to set up my passcode and key fob, not hard at all. The quality is pretty good. It also comes with a charging cord and security cable. It gives me peace of mind that no one has access but me. I mostly wanted this to not only lock my item away but for travel also.

This kit offered fast & easy access via the fingerprint reader and it was easy to set up and use. This also includes a charging usb-c cable, a security cable-tether, 2 keys and an easy-to-follow set of instructions for set up of the code and fingerprint. A great kit at a good price-point.

I've been looking for a compact one-gun biometric safe, and this one really caught my eye. It's the perfect size for a compact revolver or pistol, and is very cleanly designed. It also has a nice heft to it, and feels very secure.

I initially had issues trying to change the password and set my fingerprint, because the instructions said to press the "set" button, but they didn't say where it was. After some web searches I found that they are usually inside of the safe, and it is. It's the rectangular button right next to the light, just inside the front lip of the safe. Once I discovered that, setting my own password and fingerprint was a breeze.

Internally it measures about 8.75" by 6.75", so keep that in mind. My five shot revolver, and a compact Glock model 23 fit in easily, and a standard Colt M1911 .45 ACP just fits, but I'm not sure about a full size Glock.

I set it to open with my right index finger, and as you can see in the video no other finger will open it, even my left index finger. It also opens with the password, or included keys. I haven't tried the app, and don't intend to, as I just don't see the need.

This safe also comes with a security cable, for some minimal theft security, and has pre-drilled holes on the bottom to secure it permanently, if you wish.

It doesn't have any kind of feet on the bottom, so I stuck four small silicone pads on, and am keeping it on my dresser. I also plan to carry this with me in my motorhome, to keep my gun safe and secure when camping.

Highly recommended, and I believe it is well worth the current asking price.
