You can unlock the safe using any of the following methods:
- Fingerprint: Biometric recognition (stores up to 30 fingerprints).

How do I open the safe for the very first time?
Before setting up your fingerprint or digital code, any user can open the safe. Remove the emergency lock cover on the front panel, insert the emergency key, and turn it counter-clockwise to unlock the door.
Important Note: Never store your emergency keys inside the safe itself.
What type of batteries does the safe require?
The safe requires 4 standard AA batteries (not included). Please do not use lithium batteries or mixed-brands rechargeable batteries, as they may cause unstable performance.
What should I do if the digital lock runs out of power and I don't have the keys?
You can connect an external power source to the Type-C emergency power port on the panel. This will temporarily power the biometric/digital system, allowing you to unlock the safe using your registered fingerprint or code and replace the internal batteries.

For optimal recognition, follow these tips:
- Choose a finger with a clear print, free from scars or injuries.
- Place your finger steadily on the center of the sensor with moderate pressure.
- Record the same finger from multiple angles.
- Since women and children may have lighter or worn prints, enrolling multiple fingers or using the keypad/keys as alternative methods is recommended.
What should I do if the safe door cannot be closed?
Please check the following:
- Ensure no internal items or envelopes are blocking the door mechanism.
- Check if the locking bolts are extended. If they are jammed or extended, use your code/fingerprint to retract them before closing.
- Replace the batteries, as low power can prevent the electronic lock from engaging properly.
