SF0603 Home Safe, 1.2 Cu Ft Fingerprint Digital Quick Access

It's 1.2 cu ft, so it's a nice size for a small safe. It's roomy inside and the two compartments are divided by a removable shelf, each. But it's not light. Safe body seems to be reasonably thick, sheet metal "for what it is". But, it will keep things reasonably secure in it. Instructions cover the rest! No matter what remember, in everythig, security is enhanced and theft is made more difficult but never fulproof. Plan accordingly! I'll see yet, how reliably it works.

I just got this safe and set it up. It looks really nice. It's tall but really not bulky looking. Took me a moment to get it programmed, but once I read through the instructions, it was an easy set up. The safe is lighter than I expected, but it does come with the necessary parts to bolt it down. The inside is actually bigger than I thought it would be, which is great. It did come with a fireproof bag, which is great for my legal documents.

Needed a safe for my child who is going off to college soon. After relentless researching all the safes on here, I went with this one. It is perfectly sized, not too heavy so we can move it but not so light where someone can steal it. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I like that there’s an extra battery pack in case the batteries die when you’re trying to open it. The material is sturdy metal, and the item arrived perfectly intact with no dents or dings. Tells me this is solid material. Glad I chose this safe.

When it comes to safes, I think a decent safe for a good price is a good enough solution. If you are hoping to have this safe be unbeatable, you may want to consider a different option. If you are considering this safe, mounted against a wall somewhere for tax documents, gold, watches, and/or quite a few handguns then this safe is good enough for most applications - decent security, good looking, easy to use. Normally I’d have given this a 4-star rating, but customer service was very responsive in solving the small issues I had upon receiving the safe. So the combination of a good safe for a good price with good customer service earns it the 5-star.

Happy with the purchase, easy to setup, not complicated at all, and perfect for what we needed. This wasn't meant to be a bank vault, so don't have that expectation - but it is perfect for our needs (security and access control). All parts were included, safe was packaged well and shipped and arrived on time, as expected. Very good!
